DPIIT launches the Industrial Park Rating System (IPRS) 3.0, building on the pilot phase (2017) and IPRS 2.0 (2021) in partnership with Asian Development Bank.
DPIIT launched the Industrial Park Rating System (IPRS) 3.0, building on the pilot phase (2017) and IPRS 2.0 (2021). The initiative aims to enhance competitiveness and efficiency of industrial parks, estates, clusters, and investment regions across India. The technical support for the exercise is being provided by Asian Development Bank. IPRS 3.0 is positioned as a key instrument in India’s industrial growth strategy. By identifying gaps and promoting best practices, it is expected to drive investments, generate employment, and strengthen the manufacturing ecosystem. The nomination web page for participation of parks by States/UTs and Ministries/Departments is being operationalized for the initiative.
